WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credits as well as company checks. We also accept Purchase Orders from government agencies.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
For shipping rates outside of the 48 Continental US, please call us at 985-892-7571. Or, send us your contact information through our Contact form, and we'll call you.

Shipping within the US is calculated by dollar amount. Shipping costs include insurance to protect your purchase.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS FOR A REFUND?
There are no reunds or exchanges. We will replace any products that are defective or damaged in shipping.

CAN I MAKE COPIES OF THE TAPE OR DVD TO USE IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS?
The DVD's and VHS Tapes are encrypted to protect against duplication. They are also copyrighted, and duplicating copyrighted material is considered copyright infringement, which is punishable by imprisonment of up to five years and/or a fine of up to $250,000. Not to mention that duplicating videos that were made to help protect our children and prevent their involvement in deviant behavior is just wrong and you shouldn't even be considering it.
